A little question: can I use a LiveCD (openSUSE 11.3 for example) in the Dell Vostro 3300 and the Dell Wireless 1520 (802.11n) Half Mini Card will work without problem?

Does the Bluetooth works fine with Ubuntu 10.x?
ReplyDeleteWireless card works without any problem. I tried Bluetooth with 10.2 one time and it doesn't work.
ReplyDeleteAlso I have problems with external VGA exit. When I plug an external monitor or projector, it flicks (small waves or out of phase, I don't know) or just doesn't work.
Intel GMA 4500HD integrated graphics has a problem with the VGA output rendering it unusable (no pun intended). There seems to be a patch floating around kernel.org for this issue but nothing official yet in the 2.6.35 branch as of 2.6.35-28-server on ubuntu 10.10.
